The buyer seeks a qualified organization, firm, or individual to provide consultation and support for transitioning Fiscal Agent services in-house. - Experience with WIOA compliance including uniform guidance
- Experience in transition management
- Experience in fiscal management in public sector organizations
- Conduct initial assessment of current fiscal agent services and operations
- Identify key challenges, risks, and opportunities for transitioning to in-house management
- Develop transition plan with detailed steps, timelines, and roles
- Review and align fiscal management policies with WIOA regulations
- Develop onboarding and orientation materials for new fiscal staff
- Aid in developing job description and assist with interviewing candidates
- Advise on selection of appropriate software and information technology
- Provide guidance on setting up initial chart of accounts
- Conduct regular check-ins and address implementation challenges
- Support seamless transition to in-house fiscal agent services
