Buyer seeks a partner to support and administer the Youth Climate Ambassadors Leadership Program. The program empowers high school students to learn about climate change and take action. Buyer requires assistance with program logistics, workshop facilitation, and management of student project budgets and supplies. The contractor will work closely with the Sustainability Department to achieve program goals and outcomes.

• Attend and contribute to weekly virtual YCA staff meetings
• Facilitate logistics for virtual evening workshops and in-person retreats
• Facilitate lessons on climate science and leadership skills
• Track and maintain record of hours and tasks completed
• Assist in communications with students and student groups
• Develop detailed purchasing document for student project supplies
• Manage student project budgets and execute purchases
• Coordinate delivery of supplies to students
• Support program administration during evening workshops and Saturday retreats
• Track attendance and assist with virtual meeting functions
