The buyer is seeking audit services for the year ending December 31, 2023, with potential annual renewal. The audit must be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and governmental standards. The selected firm will review financial disclosure requirements, retain work papers, provide audited financial statements, and present findings to the Board.

• Must be a certified public accounting firm licensed to practice in Arkansas
• Must maintain a staffed office in Conway or Little Rock
• Must be independent as required by generally accepted auditing standards

• Perform audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and governmental standards
• Review impact of changes in financial disclosure requirements and accounting practices
• Retain work papers for minimum of three years after fieldwork completion
• Provide audited financial statements in electronic format
• Present audit report and management letter to Executive Director and District Board
