• 36 months experience delivering enterprise-grade websites on Contentful DX product
• 36 months in business as an IT Contractor

• Migrate or build agency and State enterprise websites on IOP CX platform
• Utilize IOP Experience Principles, products, and tools to improve user experience
• Follow IOP PMO Methodology and Standard Project Playbook process
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communications strategy
• Provide training for agency site administrators and content authors
• Perform user research and journey mapping
• Create wireframes and low fidelity mockups
• Develop and test websites using IOP development tools
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and UX standards
• Conduct go-live activities and provide hypercare support
