- Training developers must have bachelor's degree in related field and 3 years relevant experience
- Provide independent training on third-party curricula implementation
- Teach providers how to write lesson plans and develop learning activities
- Train on setting up learning environments for early childhood
- Provide support on using curricula to conduct child assessments
- Deliver training through virtual means to child care providers
- Record live trainings and make them available as deliverables
- Collect and report training evaluation data quarterly
- Meet quarterly with DCY to discuss training plan implementation
