The buyer seeks a qualified GIS Technician/Analyst consultant to perform as-needed GIS and Enterprise Asset Management services. The contract is anticipated to last three years with two optional one-year renewals. The consultant will work remotely with onsite tasks as needed, focusing on streamlining asset management processes and maintaining critical GIS data. The buyer requires expertise in ESRI products, Cityworks, and various data management and integration technologies.

• Must be an ESRI business partner
• Must have an ESRI Network Management Specialty
• Must be a Cityworks/Trimble business partner
• Minimum 2 years experience using ArcGIS Pro for editing data
• Experience with Cityworks Administration

• Perform GIS and Enterprise Asset Management services
• Collaborate with IWA staff, working remotely and onsite as needed
• Streamline asset management processes
• Maintain critical GIS data and infrastructure assets
• Support sustainable water resource management and infrastructure development
• Create map services for Cityworks and ArcGIS Enterprise
• Empower field employees with remote data collection capabilities
• Create asset management programs within Cityworks framework
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all work
• Provide technical support and training to users
