• Minimum of three years experience providing digital economy discovery services to clients with similarly scoped solutions

• Provide solution to search publicly available data from social media and online marketplaces
• Match internet profiles with individuals registered with Comptroller of Maryland
• Identify under-reporters and non-filers of Maryland taxes in digital economy
• Quantify and provide tax-relevant data for individuals and entities
• Develop dashboard with visual and interactive platform for data analysis
• Implement solution on-premises within COM's environment
• Ensure compliance with IRS Publication 1075 requirements
• Meet State of Maryland and COM security requirements using NIST 800-53 R5
• Provide integrated and cross-referenced information related to Internet profiles
• Generate individual reports and export information in common file formats
