The buyer seeks executive coaching services for agency leadership staff. The contractor will provide bi-weekly coaching sessions focused on programmatic support in areas such as launching a new accountability system, building innovative assessments, and creating support structures for turnaround schools. The coach will help with strategic development, provide technical and political advice, and offer feedback on initiatives and strategies. The contract period is from July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

• Provide bi-weekly 30-60 minute one-on-one executive coaching sessions
• Help develop strategic personnel development and project management

• Serve as a sounding board for new ideas and goal setting
• Provide constructive feedback on strategy development
• Assist with risk mitigation planning
• Advise on shifts in structures and systems for improvement
• Focus on launching new accountability system
